With a long history of working in the health and fitness industry, I now work extensively with Pilates Equipment across the spectrum, specialising in Bone Health and Osteoporosis, Strength and Conditioning, Occupational Rehabilitation, Pain Management, Chronic Medical Conditions and Injury Prevention. When I was a Uni student, my original goal was to work extensively with Pilates Equipment due to its specific application for rehabilitation, sports performance, core strength and stability. I have now made that dream a reality and work from my fully equipped Pilates Studio in Mullumbimby, New South Wales. My experience reflects my passion for health and wellbeing, and I pride myself in delivering training sessions that are safe and effective to help achieve your personal fitness and rehabilitation goals. I welcome the opportunity to train and support you with up to date knowledge and technical advice to ensure you get maximum benefit from your sessions in an environment where you feel comfortable.
