At Mullumbimby Exercise Physiology and Pilates we offer small group sessions of 2 to 3 people which incorporates the use of the Pilates equipment and cardiovascular equipment if required.
These small groups provide a cost effective method to continue to train on a regular basis and also connect you with people that have similar physical abilities, which provides a supportive and motivating environment to train in.
Sessions are by appointment only and require an initial assessment to determine any specific physical limitations.

Pilates Classes

Monday: 9am to 10 am
Wednesday: 9am to 10am & 5pm to 6pm
Friday: 9am to 10am
Pilates Mat Classes are perfect for improving your core strength and stabilisation. The classes incorporate the use of thereabands, weighted balls, stability balls, ankle weights, rollers and freeforms. Pilates Mat Classes provide a whole body workout and include upper and lower body exercises with special attention given to your joint stabilisers.
Classes are limited to 5 people which ensures your technique is monitored and exercises are performed safely. It is often recommended that you attend an initial assessment prior to commencing any classes to provide you with education on technique and terminology, and to assess for readiness to participate safely.
