At Mullumbimby Exercise Physiology and Pilates, we offer safe and physically challenging small group exercise classes of 2 to 6 clients at all levels of ability.

​Exercise Classes incorporate the use of Pilates equipment, cardiovascular equipment and strength and conditioning equipment, and are a great way to increase core strength, improve posture and manage musculosketal conditions.

The small group Exercise Classes provide a cost effective way to continue to train on a regular basis and connect with people who have similar physical abilities, which provides a supportive and motivating environment.

Classes are by appointment only and require an initial assessment to determine any specific physical limitations.

CLASS TIMETABLE - price varies depending on class size

Monday: 9am, 10am and 4pm
Tuesday: 9am, 10am and 4pm
Wednesday: 9am and 4pm
Thursday: 9am and 4.30pm

24 hour cancellation or a full fee applies.

Due to the limited number of participants it is essential to make a booking.

HOW WILL a PILATES CLASS BENEFIT ME?

Pilates Mat Classes are perfect for improving your core strength and stabilisation. The classes incorporate the use of thereabands, weighted balls, stability balls, ankle weights, rollers and freeforms, providing a whole body workout, including upper and lower body exercises with special attention given to your joint stabilisers.

WHY DO I NEED AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT?

An initial assessment is required before commencing to understand your health history, current fitness level and provide education so you will understand what’s being described and asked for in class to ensure you perform exercises safely.

WHY ARE THE CLASSES SMALL?

Classes are limited to 6 people, which ensures your technique is monitored and exercises are performed safely. It necessary to attend an initial assessment prior to commencing classes to provide you with education on technique and terminology, and to assess for readiness and safety. See more below.

WHAT IF I AM LATE TO A CLASS?

Classes begin exactly on time so please ensure that you arrive a few minutes early to settle in before we begin.
